It was overall comfy, for a short time stay.

Although we didn't need them, it was weird that there was a kitchenette in the room, but no utensils for preparing food.

Decent hotel, but would not stay again

- It was close to the metro station - The size of the room was decent - Checking in was smooth - The lobby was furnished nicely - Was given a different room once I complained about smell of smoke in the first room we were given

- The good-looking lobby was kind of deceiving, because the rest of the hotel was not as nicely done - Weird touch buttons on the elevator that would (or would not) register touch - The hotel would smell a bit of smoke here and there - The room we were given had weird choice of furnishing, and in my case I would appreciate a little fridge to just store some bottles of water, but there was none - There was a kitchenette, but no utensils at all so you could use it (not that it applied in my case - I did not intend to cook) - No heating in the tiles of the bathroom floor and that gets cold in Norway in November - The TV channels were hopeless and random. Not able to stream anything with what they had - It might be my fault since I needed to book a room on short notice, but the room was not that inexpensive and I would not consider it good value for money in the end, unfortunately

Went as a single traveller. Wanted a basic, clean value for money apartment. This was adequate

The room was a reasonable size. It was a bit of a walk from the centre, but close to the Metro station

The sockets next to the bed did not work. The lamps next to the bed were connected to them, therefore they didn't work. The only light was the main light. Each bed had a very thin pillow which was inadequate I stayed for 4 nights. The room was not cleaned during this time and no replacement towels were provided The main door could only be opened with a card. I was laying on my bed in the early evening and the door opened. A lady looked inside and quickly closed the door when she saw me. I didn't find out whether she was a hotel employee or another guest

Basic accommodation in good location for transport links elsewhere

Great location, close to train, tram and bus, could also walk into Oslo centre. Small shopping centre nearby with bakery, cafe and supermarket.

Restaurant was closed, small lumpy pillow, 2 'single beds' were then made into one double with mattress topper and double sheets, single duvets. Very confusing as booked 2 single beds! Would be good to have a kettle in room, had to take hot water up to room from reception.

Good location friendly staff excellent value for money

Easy to check in, chairs, TV with English channels, comfortable bed

No cleaning while stay, only gave out one toilet roll, not very sound proof could hear neighbours and no ac fan

It was quite nice

I liked the bathroom a lot, the size of the room, the beds were comfortable. also it was pretty clean and new.

Location of the room, lot of people stood by the window in the night because it was on the first floor. Also there were lack of cutleries and cooking stuff.

The room is tidy and spacious and the bed is comfy. Easy check in and out and close to a metro station.

The neighbourhood is not the best and it is pretty far from the city center

overall it was a nice room, nice balcony, modern & clean. a minifridge would have been ideal

looked nice and modern for good price , easy transportation

cracked toilet seat , less than half a roll of toilet paper as soon as we checked in, as well as no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. we had to use napkins that we bought. cut myself on the cracked toilet seat.
